Aug 03 2010 : ANNYZ Corporation and Dr. Cell USA Inc. Announce Merger

Today is an exciting moment in the evolution of ANNYZ Corporation. We are announcing that ANNYZ Corporation and Dr. Cell USA Inc. have entered into a definitive agreement, under which Both companies will be combined in a merger of equals.

This announcement has no immediate impact for the clients. The ANNYZ Business Solutions and Dr.Cell that you have now will continue to operate as it does today. Over time, the combined company is committed to offering clients more services including information technology, Telecommunications and Web services in both Canada and United States.

The merger is subject to regulatory review and approvals including the Small Business Solutions, IT Services & Telecommunications between the shareholders of both Entities. The companies will continue to operate independently until the merger is complete and regulatory approvals are received.
